LEGAL FEES AND EXPENSES

At Formby & Dantzer you pay the legal fees only when your claims are resolved to your satisfaction with the insurance company.

The payment is a "contingency payment" and is a percentage of the total amount recovered from the insurance company at the resolution of your claims.

Also, at Formby & Dantzer we have the resources to pay all the expenses in proving your claims at no cost to you.  We take the financial risk not you in hiring experts and paying for medical and economic opinions in advancing and proving your claims.

If we do not recover compensation for your loss, we do not charge you a fee. No legal fees are payable to us unless and until your claim is resolved either in a settlement agreeable to you or by an award by the court.
